How to receive your unemployment benefits

To receive your unemployment benefits or early retirement benefits, you must fill out your benefit card in Tast Selv when it becomes available.

We pay out benefits for a full calendar month at a time, corresponding to 160.33 hours for a full payment.

When do you need to submit the benefit card?
