Here you can see when you need to submit your unemployment benefit card and when your benefits will be paid out.
How to receive your unemployment benefits
To receive your unemployment benefits or early retirement benefits, you must fill out your benefit card in Tast Selv when it becomes available.
We pay out benefits for a full calendar month at a time, corresponding to 160.33 hours for a full payment.
When do you need to submit the benefit card?
Below you can see when your benefit card will be made available and when we will pay out the unemployment benefits in 2025 and 2026.
